In the paper various stages of the movement and transformation of news flow are examined in detail, special attention is paid to its characteristics such as reliability, adequate interpretation by the journalist, tactful presentation of material and assimilation of news material by the audience. To comply with these characteristics, it is very important to take into account linguistic correctness and adequacy in processing of information and further presentation in the form of a news stream.
